    What is Emotional Intelligence? According to the Oxford Dictionary, “emotional intelligence is the capacity to be aware of, control, and express one’s emotions, and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically”.

    How to be aware of what you are feeling? At our courses we will train you how to discern your emotions and other perceptions which basically are: emotions, thoughts, desires, sensations and certainties. You will train to control your emotions at the fundamental course No1 Negative Emotions (NEs) and Enlightened Perceptions (EPs). The main method of emotional control is “elimination of NE”, which you will work out at our emotional intelligence classes.

    Why is emotional intelligence so important in your personal and professional life? Because you will not be blinded and poisoned with negative emotions and will be able to properly access the situation and keep it under your control.

    To effectively communicate with others it is also very important to understand others – their emotions, desires, certainties. At our Special course No3 “False Images and Extrusions. How to Understand People” you will train to make informed opinions about people.
